Registration
SoulTribe Global reserves the right to refuse admission to Meditation Teacher Training, workshops or classes. Problem makers may be admitted to training at the discretion of SoulTribe Global. SoulTribe Global requires that all trainees attending our Teacher Training program have a stable internet connection and a functional device Laptop, Tablet, or Mobile Phone.
Use of Information
SoulTribe Global takes the privacy and security of our students very seriously. Information collected is used strictly by us to provide our services to you and as is required for the provision of our services. Information submitted to SoulTribe Global may be shared with administrative staff and teachers solely for administration purpose and teaching. Trainees understand that SoulTribe Global engages in social media networking, such as Facebook, Instagram etc. as part of the company’s promotional endeavours, which may involve sharing of photos or other information. SoulTribe Global may contact graduates in the future about upcoming events and opportunities. This will require the use of trainee contact details. If trainees are uncomfortable with this please make this known to the staff via email. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Policy modification
It may be necessary for us to review and revise these Terms of Service. SoulTribe Global reserves the right to review and change these terms and conditions at any time. If revised, changes will be posted here.
Program Modification:
SoulTribe Global reserves the right to alter the program or schedule or curriculum and to select staff from a pool of qualified teachers depending upon availability per training.
DELIVERY POLICY
We shall provide you with the service through the Youtube platform at your current location as provided by you during the process of application.
The Course is self-paced, delivered through pre-recorded videos and weekly live Zoom support calls
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
SoulTribe Global cannot guarantee your registration in the Teacher Training Course until the payment is made. Late registration depends on the availability of seats.
Refunds & Cancellations
Please note that no fees (whether paid in partial or full) will be refundable under any circumstances. In case the student decides to leave the course after the payment of the deposit or the full fees due to any reason, they will not be entitled to any refund of the fees paid under any circumstances.
Shifting at Future Date
You shall have the option to shift the course at a future date (within a period of 6 months) from where you left off, subject to availability and with sole discretion at our end. However, no requests for refunds will be entertained for the cancellation of the course at any time under any circumstances.

USAGE OF PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
Pictures taken during training, workshops or classes may be used in a promotional capacity such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, the organization website etc. By agreeing to these terms and conditions trainees give full permission for this information to be released.
SoulTribe Global retains no liability for use of pictures or videos taken by trainees of the training, the teachers or other trainees.
Photos and videos taken by trainees during training are deemed to be for learning and personal use only. Sharing this information with third parties or for financial gain without the full permission of SoulTribe Global is strictly prohibited.
USE OF MATERIALS
Materials that are part of any training, workshop or class including but not limited to the Meditaiton Teacher training content, SoulTribe Global Website, Logos, Trademarks and web pages content are the property of SoulTribe Global. Using this information with third parties or for financial gain without the full permission of SoulTribe Global is strictly prohibited.
